Your Salon True experience starts with selecting your service below.
Your appointment request will be received by a team member and you'll receive a welcome email with pertinent details, to ensure your experience is seamless.
Upon arrival in the salon, you’ll be greeted by your stylist for an in-depth consultation. We’ll work with you to create a long-term plan, ensuring your beauty goals are met.
If you’re here for colour, your personalized formula will be custom blended and recorded in our database, ready for each visit. Enjoy complimentary snacks, coffee, tea or sparkling water in our guest lounge while your colour processes.
Your look will be completed with a beautiful blowout – and the sharing of styling tips and tricks. Extended styling lessons are also available, if you’re looking for innovative styling techniques, easy up-dos or curling tricks from our pros.
We'll share our recommendations for at home care before you leave, and set you up with your next appointment.
We’ll also check in with you the following week, just to make sure your cut and colour are exceeding your expectations.
