Guest Care & Associate Stylsit

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team in a dual role supporting both Guest Care and stylists.
​
The role is ideal for a student attending hair school, an apprentice, or emerging stylist that enjoys connecting with people, is passionate about the beauty industry, and wants to develop skills and confidence to build a successful career.
​
You are:​

Currently enrolled in hair school, or completing an apprenticeship.

Friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people.

Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Comfortable multi tasking in a busy salon environment.

Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to the salon team.

Passionate about hair, beauty, fashion and exceptional customer service.

Role Will Include (but not limited to):

Welcoming guests and creating a warm, professional first impression.

Managing appointments, bookings, and guest communication.
-
Supporting daily guest care operations and retail recommendations.

Assisting stylists with shampooing, treatments, colour preparation, and other salon services, appropriate to your training.

Helping to maintain a clean, organized and welcoming salon environment.

Participating in continued education and hands-on learning opportunitues.
